Terms of service

I am an oil painter and specialize in contemporary realism style portrait art of women. Here is what you may expect from our experience together:

  • Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment. Currency accepted is USD and paid through PayPal or Venmo only.
  • No artwork is allowed to be utilized for NFT'S. 
  • The artist retains the right to display and promote all artwork.
  • You retain the rights to the intellectual properties. However, the client cannot claim ownership, edit or profit from the artwork.
  • Commercial work subject to additional terms and a contract in place.
  • If for some reason, I cannot complete your project in full, a refund will be issued. 
  • Communication conducted via email. Weekly updates may be given if the client so chooses throughout the duration of the commission.
